Christmas Should Mean A Whole Lot More To You And Me – #TheGreatestGift #JesusIsTheReasonForTheSeason

We’re thankful for family gatherings and all the presents under the tree, but Christmas should mean a whole lot more to you and me.

2000 years ago, God brought the greatest gift – His name is Jesus [Immanuel – God with us].

He left His throne in Heaven, where He was worshipped ’round the clock, born a helpless baby, come to save His flock.

Clothed in flesh and bone, God incarnate lived just like us. Tempted, tried, and tested – He showed us the Way, the Truth, and the Life. His sinless perfect nature brought Him to the cross.

Death held us captive, but in Him it found no fault. He bore our sins upon the cross, yes, He paid the price and gave His life. But it’s not over, no, not the end, see after three days He rose again.

Sin couldn’t tarnish Him.

Satan couldn’t trap Him.

Death couldn’t hold Him.

Our Risen Savior – born, died and He lives again.

He offers forgiveness of sins and Salvation to all who believe, all we need to do is lay our hearts before the throne of our Savior King. When we receive the greatest gift that has ever been given, Jesus also sends us a helper – the Holy Spirit – to guide us in Spirit-filled livin’.

This Christmas [and every day throughout the year] Jesus knocks at the door of your ♡heart♡ – won’t you open it and let Him in?

Isaiah 9:6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

Jesus IS the greatest gift E.V.E.R.
Jesus IS the reaSON for the season!
Merry Christmas and God bless you all!

Jennifer – I Give God All The Glory

I am a daughter of God, a servant of the Lord, a wife to a patient husband, and a mama of two forgiving boys. God has placed these three men in my life needfully so. I thank Him for them everyday. And like so many of the Lord’s children, I am a work-of-glory-in-progress. I am on a journey to reclaim and renew my life in Christ. It took me 34 years to learn that when nothing else works, God does!
