Sharing Your Thoughts

Where we gather to create something special, interact, and share stories.

This space is for everyone to share their thoughts about Christian life – God, Jesus, family, friendship, worship, ministry, and more.

Romans 1:12 that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.

Philemon 1:6 and I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ.

Just post your thoughts in the comments section to share and interact with one another. Can’t wait to hear from you 🙂

Christian tip #1: Please be mindful of others, if you wouldn’t say it in front of God, you probably shouldn’t say it here.

    • Marco- Thank you for visiting and sharing your kind words. I enjoy your blog as well! I ♥ the thought of being Spiritually Grounded – it’s both beautiful and all-encompassing. I want to live like that 🙂 I’m happy that we’re connected on facebook & twitter too! I pray God reveals Himself to others in a big way through your teachings. Reach the lost and guide the saved, my Brother. God bless you.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your amazing support with the Scripture Memory Challenge. I really appreciate it. I can see that you have a great interest in studying the Bible & was wondering if you would be interested in sharing your thoughts and contemplations on the memory verses that we have chosen for the Scripture challenge? I think it would be great to get your engagement and perspective. The contemplations need only be a couple of sentences, or longer if you wish. If you have enough on your plate at the moment then please don’t hesitate to say no. You have done enough to help 🙂

        God bless.

      • Marco,

Hi. You’re doing a great job! I’m honored to help in any way I can. 🙂 I planned to post my ponderings during your#KeepThyWord Scripture Memorization Challenge but find myself a bit backlogged with prior commitments. God-Willing I’ll be caught up and participating soon 🙂

        Thanks and God bless you.

I am more thankful each day in my Christian salvation. Just look at how many struggle in this world more and more so all the time. How can anyone even want to believe there is nothing more than this to life!
May God’s blessings be with you and your work, Jennifer!

    • Me too, call me crazy, delusional or whatever, there is no way I could get through this life without God, or without the salvation & healing found in Jesus – in that I’ve come to know the most complete love and satisfying redemption! If Jesus can refresh this weary human body & remake me to His likeness – in this limited, lacking life – imagine dear friend, what eternity with Him will be like! Glory to God- I’m ready & eager to do the work of my Savior!

      God bless you.

  4. Jennifer – you are a beautiful witness to WHO Christ IS, and WHAT Christ DOES, when we give Him the space in our lives to WORK!! I, too, would be NOTHING without the Salvation of Our Lord JESUS CHRIST!! Amen and AMEN!

    • Dawn,

Amen is right! How blessed are we that we should be called His children?! 🙂 Despite what our lives may look like here and there – we truly overcome the enemy through Christ when we realize this life IS a beautiful gift! You are a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led daughter of God and I’m blessed by your thoughts! You really are doing great things for His Kingdom. May He continue to bless others through you!

      God bless you too! 🙂

  5. Thanks for another informative blog. Where else could I get that kind of information written in such a perfect way?

I have a challenge that I’m simply now working on,
and I have been at the glance out for such info.

God is completely amazing! Our minds cannot grasp all He has done for us, and continues to bless us all, even those who do not know nor follow Him. But if we abide in the Lord, we will have victory in this life, and glory in the next!

Something I have never done. I am senior citizen, my daughter introduced me to K-Love about 3 months ago, and though K-Love does not play any traditional artists or songs I feel I have been inspired even blessed by K-love and it is the only station listened to in my home and auto. I have been in a spiritual mental tug of war. Wednesday of last week I had a thought to pledge, then my mind said why to a station not playing what you want to hear. I then challenged myself if a $20 challenge came on I would call. The next 2 days anytime the $20 came on I was not in a position to act. On Friday sitting at my laptop while a $40 bonus entry challenge was on I still logged on and made the $20 pledge as well as prayer pledge. I have fought with myself since then. My mind saying is this for you or God. I know I am not where I should be with my walk with the Lord. What Prompted this I don’t know for sure I do give God the glory, and I don’t know what part K-love had in it but to God’s glory my adult grandson is being baptised today. PRAISE THE LORD

    • Hello Donna! Thank you for sharing your heart and glorifying our Great God with your testimony. I have also been blessed by K-LOVE and feel the nudge to give to faithful servants of God’s Work often, not just K-LOVE but many others. I sometimes struggle within myself too, especially during a donation or pledge drive because we can get caught up in the excitement! But truly we want to give everything with a right and cheerful heart to honor and glorify God. The best part is that nothing is hidden from Him. He knows our hearts desire to please and honor Him. Just trust God! 🙂

Here are a few verses from God’s Word on giving:

      2 Corinthians 9:7
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

      Luke 6:38

Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

Praising God with you and all of Heaven about your grandson’s baptism and confession of faith! God is good and worthy to be praised.

I pray that God’s hand would be upon you and your entire family. That His Word would be firmly settled in your hearts and that He would enable and empower you all through His Holy Spirit to carry out His Word and Will always in Jesus Mighty Name I pray! God bless you Donna!

(side note: have you discovered the ‘My Life = Worship’ page yet on my blog yet? Like the psalmist David, worshipping God through music is very close to my heart. How sweet it is when we pour our hearts out to Him in genuine praise!! )
